Primary responsibility is the administration and maintenance of the Admissions CRM (Slate). Oversee data flows, prospect loads, inquiry management, ticket resolution, training, and report creation.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain the admissions database (Slate) and maximize its capabilities.Oversee yearly cycle preparation, training requests, queries, reports, form requests, and operational efficiencies associated with the Slate CRM.Develop systems and processes that support the vision and initiatives of the Admissions Department.Maintain current and historical enrollment data and information.Run ad‑hoc reports and perform data queries as requested.Build and maintain scheduled and ad‑hoc communications campaigns (email/SMS).Provide support for Slate‑based Student Success and Registrar processes as needed.Perform regular system audits to identify and resolve data integrity issues.Build and test imports and integrations; identify and resolve data integrity issues.Identify and resolve tickets.Develop dashboards and reports.Prepare and update operational manuals and technical documentation for end‑users.Attend training sessions and stay knowledgeable of new Slate features.Collaborate with the Deputy COO, Registrar, Director of Financial Aid, and Director of Institutional Research.Provide user management tools to ensure Slate users complete assigned tasks and log interactions.Train admission staff and Slate users on operational processes.Maintain a Slate User’s Manual for best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field.Minimum of two years experience as a Slate administrator for admissions.Experience with data analysis and database management.Creative problem‑solving skills.Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to critically evaluate information and adhere to business rules.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to adapt to ever‑changing tasks and duties.BenefitsVacation LeaveSick LeaveHoliday PayTuition AssistanceOther leaves (Military, jury, FMLA) as eligibleMedical coverage for employee and family membersDental coverage for employee and family membersTerm Life Insurance & AD&D policies for employeeOptional Additional Life Insurance offeringShort‑Term DisabilityLong‑Term DisabilityVision care for employee and family membersTIAA‑CREF Retirement planInstitution DescriptionPrescott College is Arizona’s only private, non‑profit, liberal arts university and has regularly been recognized as one of the most innovative colleges in the nation for its self‑directed, interdisciplinary, competency‑based programs.Remote Work32 hours per week, benefit eligible, remote. #J-18808-Ljbffr
