You will be responsible for building relationships, prospecting new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle to hit quarterly targets. As an AE, you’ll be at the forefront of helping companies with testing, personalization and AI innovation to improve their user journey across a variety of industries. You will work closely with our Vice President of Sales, a solution engineer, and our partner, marketing and customer success teams to drive success and growth for AB Tasty. This is an opportunity to make an impact from day oneCollaboration tools: Slack, Jira, Confluence, and moreTools: Salesforce, GongTravel: occasional travel to client meetings and industry eventsYOUR MISSIONManage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - while promoting AB Tasty’s solutions and driving revenue growth across new business opportunitiesEstablish and expand AB Tasty into the Canadian marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with VP and C-Level executives and key decision-makers within target accountsWorking with and contributing to the development of our tech/agencies partner communityDrive outbound prospecting efforts and partner closely with the marketing, partner and revenue operations teams to identify and develop high-potential leadsLead product demonstrations, collaborating with Pre-Sales Solutions experts to align AB Tasty’s platform with client needs and objectivesLiaise with internal teams and external tech/agency partners to ensure seamless sales processes, including handling billing, legal, integration, and technical discussionsAct as the voice of the customer by capturing and relaying feedback to help enhance product offerings and customer experiencesWHAT YOU'LL BRINGProven experience in SaaS sales, with 3+ years of success acquiring new clients and driving revenue in a hunter role. Experience selling Martech SaaS to e-Commerce/retailers is a bonusExperience working at a global organization in a remote roleEntrepreneurial spirit and rigor to build and advance a new market at AB TastyExcellent negotiation techniques and you are used to dealing with decision makers (Heads of Marketing Departments and Product Managers) and confidence in building strong stakeholder relationships and managing multiple opportunities across various stages of the sales cycleEagerness to explore the MarTech industry, increase client satisfaction, and champion customer-centric improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentCollaborative skills with multiple internal teams (not limited to: Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Support and Product)Outstanding and effective communication skills (oral and written) in EnglishProficient in Salesforce.com and familiar with sales frameworks (SPICED, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, etc.)If you don’t meet 100% of these qualifications, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your applicationWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HEREAt AB Tasty, we believe in empowering our team members to innovate, grow, and succeed together.
