Maintenance Manager – NARMCO GroupPosition: Maintenance ManagerLocation: Windsor, Ontario, CanadaCompany: The NARMCO Group, Tier One manufacturer of metal stampings and welded assemblies for the automotive sector.ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Manager will supervise skill trades and General Contractors in a multi‑shift environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining and repairing all manufacturing equipment—heavy ton stamping presses, robotic assembly cells, and complex machinery—as well as facilities and building maintenance such as air compressors, chilled water systems, overhead cranes, lift trucks, and general building maintenance. The role also involves implementing and managing preventative/predictive maintenance programs, assisting plant operations with engineering solutions, commissioning, and product launches. Direct reports include 10‑12 skilled technicians and a supervisor.QualificationsStrong mechanical skillsExtensive knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systemsExperience with systems‑oriented preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance measuresProven leadership and coaching abilitiesProficient computer skills using Microsoft Office5‑8 years of maintenance management experienceVery involved hands‑on management style a mustAdditional Preferred ExperienceMetal stamping experienceAutomotive industry experienceRobotic and PLC experienceFour‑year Bachelor of Science degreeSalary RangeBase pay: CA$95,000.00 per year (depending on qualifications and experience)BenefitsCompetitive wages, benefits, and retirement savings package.Employment TypeFull‑timeSeniority LevelMid‑Senior levelJob FunctionManufacturingIndustriesMotor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
