We work with a multitude of SaaS, e-commerce, and blockchain companies as well as some larger brands like TD Bank, RBC, AB InBev, Nissan, etc.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a blend of design prowess, Webflow development expertise, astute project management, and a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals. The ideal candidate will be the linchpin in our projects, ensuring seamless execution from conception to launch, and beyond.ResponsibilitiesProactively ensure the design and development meet client expectations, filling in gaps as needed to ensure the quality of the build.Collaborate closely with cross-functional design and development teams to execute on builds, maintain alignment, and ensure cohesive project execution.Lead project planning and management, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.Manage the launch process, coordinating with clients for DNS transfers and ensuring a smooth transition to live environments.Provide training and support on Webflow CMS to clients, ensuring they are empowered to manage their platforms effectively.Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies, continually enhancing our offerings and driving innovation within the agency.QAConduct thorough QA testing, identifying and resolving issues to maintain the highest quality standards.Write test cases for tracking defects and fixesTest and certify functionality of various websitesTest websites across various browsers and mobile devicesLog defects and track them proactively and follow them through to closureFamiliar with test automation softwareQualificationsProven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.In-depth knowledge of Webflow, including its development capabilities and best practices.Strong project management skills, with experience managing digital projects from initiation to completion.Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies, including technical aspects like 301 redirects.Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.Why Join HPPY?Be part of a creative, forward-thinking team that's making waves in the digital landscape.Work on diverse projects across industries, providing endless opportunities for growth and learning.Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.Contribute to a culture that values innovation, quality, and the collective success of our team and clients.Ready to Make an Impact?If you're a creative problem solver with a passion for digital excellence, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
