Territory Manager (Central East Ontario) A leading Canadian medical products distributor is seeking a Territory Manager for the Central East Ontario Territory to work closely with clinics, hospitals and long term care facilities. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a defined territory across hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Develop territory growth plans using market data and client insights. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics) to ensure excellent service delivery. Conduct product demonstrations and prepare proposals as needed. Maintain strong product and industry knowledge, staying informed of market trends and competitors. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B environments. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and territory management abilities. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
