The incumbent coordinates work and conducts quality assurance activities for the team to produce project deliverables (e.g. development plans, statements of work), and undertakes research, studies and assessments to provide advice to the Client-Partners. The incumbent leads a team of professionals and manages the human resources responsibilities for the team. The incumbent also manages the Client-Partner relationship.
