Business Operations Co-ordinator (12 Month Contract) We're hiring for a temporary Business Operations Coordinator on a 12‑month contract. The role reports to the Assistant Manager, Contracts and Compensation and supports firms & advisors contract maintenance across several sales channels (Group, ADSL, MGA, National Account). Location may be Toronto, London, or Winnipeg. What you will do: The role updates advisor contact information to ensure ongoing payment of compensation and correct data for annual taxes. Work in a team handling transactions such as: Corresponding with partners, regulatory authorities and customers to update contact information in multiple systems. Reviewing and processing maintenance changes/updates. Updating eight separate systems – accuracy is especially key. Deliver a professional and courteous level of customer service through all communication channels. Provide administrative support to your business unit, including filing and archiving of emails and other information. Other administrative tasks as required. What you will bring: College diploma preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Attention to detail, initiative, and analytical/problem‑solving skills. Team player. Quality and timeliness, meeting deadlines. Organizational skills—able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Capacity to work in an unstructured environment and multitask. Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required. Adaptability to change. Bilingual French/English proficiency is an asset. The base salary for this position is $34,200.00 – $51,300.00 (variable compensation components not included). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
