Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. You educate guests on product details and are excited to make product suggestions that fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can work in any area—sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room or stockroom—and flex between zones as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy, making their day better. You are a team player and always willing to help your teammates get the job done. You always do the right thing and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. Qualifications You love interacting with people. You have a positive, energetic attitude and can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products.
