You have proven expertise in Quebec construction methods, codes, standards and regulations. Our residential construction project is located on the South Shore of Montreal.ResponsibilitiesManage a project under the supervision of the Project Manager;Ensure that work is carried out efficiently, productively and safely;Independently coordinate site activities in compliance with the customer\'s plans and specifications;Enforce compliance of suppliers and subcontractors with contractual requirements;Write site reports, complete control sheets, receive materials delivered to site;Plan construction schedules and ensure compliance;Inform the project manager of progress and make any necessary adjustments to the work schedule;Follow up with the project manager to ensure that all required documents are up to date;Eliminate all deficiencies in order to receive provisional and final acceptance of the project;Manage material, equipment, labor and subcontracting requirements;Any other related tasks.The masculine gender is used without discrimination and for the sole purpose of lightening the text.QualificationsTechnical diploma in architecture (or building-related field) combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a superintendent on major projects, or professional diploma in a construction trade combined with at least 10 years of relevant experience as a superintendent on residential concrete projects;Basic computer skills (common tools and software);Autonomous and proactive;Valid driver\'s license.Only selected candidates will be contacted.Bertone promotes the inclusion and diversity of its resources.
