Position Overview We are seeking a Family Practice Physician to provide full-scope, patient-centred primary care in a community clinic setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan (prevention, chronic disease, women’s/men’s health, and acute care). Coordinate care with nurses, specialists, and administrative staff. Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with CPSA standards. Participate in agreed-upon after-hours/extended-hours coverage. Contribute to a positive, professional team culture. Qualifications & Requirements Must hold a CPSA Eligibility Letter (College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta). Applicants requiring a Practice Readiness Assessment (PRA) are not eligible. Eligible for licensure with the CPSA; CCFP preferred. CMPA membership (or equivalent professional liability coverage). Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care. Compensation & Benefits Competitive fee-for-service model. Standard Practice Agreement (SPA) available.
