You will be responsible to ensure efficiency and productivity levels while complying with regulatory codes.What You’ll DoInstalling, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.Troubleshooting, diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the clientsCollaborating with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.Responding to, diagnosing, and resolving plumbing emergencies.Following building plans and blueprintsPerforming routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.Preparing budgets and cost estimates.Keeping accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.Training apprentices and helpersPerforming all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations.Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codesOther tasks as assigned.What Makes YOU GreatA Licensed Plumber with 2 -3 years of experienceExperience with Residential Plumbing work is an assetStrong analytical and problem solving skillsGood communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work together as part of a team alongside other technicians (e.g., electricians, framers, etc.)Excellent customer service skillsGood manual dexterityStrong attention to detail and precisionAbility to read and follow blueprints and rough drawingValid G Driving License and clean driving recordAbility to be available on call during weekends and on holidays as requiredWe keep on growing because we hire the best - yes that's YOUWe aim for success and growth; we need top of the line individuals who genuinely care about the customers and look at this opportunity as not just a job but as a career.Sewer Squad Plumbing Co.
