We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via myADP.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Payroll Analyst who will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, performing various clerical task such as data management and keeping employee information that is relevant to payroll and benefit purposes up to date.Key Responsibilities:Process weekly and biweekly multi-provincial full cycle payrolls for hourly, salary, union, and non-union employees, following employment standard regulations and collective agreementsValidate time entry, validate approvals, and follow up on any discrepancies.Create and maintain payroll profiles for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Processing changes to employee files, employee salary and benefit changes in systemsAdminister benefit enrollments and terminations.Reconcile all Payroll data and output reports, ensuring all policies, procedures, and internal controls are metAccurate and timely completion of weekly and monthly remittances such as benefits, pension, WSIB, union dues, garnishments, and other payroll related remittancesProvide outstanding service to both internal and external customers and partnersStay current with payroll regulations, standards and work methods.QualificationsQualifications:Required working knowledge of ADP WFN payroll systemMinimum 1 to 3 years work experience in a payroll department required.CPA designation or working towards completion.Demonstrated knowledge of payroll and payroll tax laws required.
