Strategic Advisory Panel Member (AI / SaaS) Comply+ is an AI-native RegTech platform that, in partnership with a world-leading AI institute, delivers best-in-class suspicious transaction (STR) risk scoring and narrative drafting, and fully automates all FINTRAC reporting. In an era of record-setting regulatory penalties, our vision is to enable entrepreneurs to build in fintech without worrying about the compliance reporting burden. With our industry leading AI reporting solutions, we aim to provide established fintechs with solutions that ensure accurate, timely, and higher-quality reporting for stronger AML/CTF programs—protecting them, their shareholders, and their users. This is an informal, non-employee advisory community (not a formal board seat or fiduciary role). Who we’re looking for We’re looking for two main types of advisory community members: B2B SaaS builders Experienced operators who’ve built or scaled B2B SaaS companies (founders, early employees, or execs). People who can help us think clearly about roadmap, pricing, go-to-market, and the full range of strategic options ahead of us Compliance and AML/ATF experts Practitioners with hands-on FINTRAC / AML compliance experience (MSBs, armoured car, crypto, banks, credit unions, etc.). People who can help shape product priorities as we build—telling us which features matter most in the real world, what actually saves time, and where the biggest reporting risks are. Across both groups, we’re looking for people who are willing to: Pressure-test strategy and refine our roadmap Help us prioritize the right features for real-world compliance teams Make connections with relevant partners Make warm introductions to investors where there’s strong alignment What involvement looks like Collaborate with us in a Slack Channel designated for our Strategic Advisory Panel (no time commitment) Periodic calls as available, or async feedback on product, roadmap, and strategy Opportunities to co-create content, workshops, or sessions for your network, showcasing our progress with your valuable inputs.
