What You’ll Do Leadership & Team Development Mentor and supervise technical staff Promote safety, quality, and continuous learning Guide complex investigations and technical challenges Business Growth & Client Engagement Lead proposal development and RFP responses Build and maintain client relationships Identify new business opportunities Project & Technical Oversight Manage projects from proposal to completion Oversee budgets, resources, and reporting Ensure regulatory compliance and technical excellence Financial & Strategic Contribution Collaborate on regional budgeting and forecasting Support cross‑service collaboration and integration Assist with cost estimates and receivables as needed What You Bring 10–15+ years of geotechnical engineering experience P.Eng. designation in Alberta (or eligibility) Proven leadership and business development skills Strong communication and technical writing abilities Experience working with multidisciplinary teams What’s next?
