Together, we help people, businesses, and society prosper in good times and be resilient in bad times.About The RoleWe're looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our growing team At Intact, change management is much more than just a process; it's a fundamental pillar of our success and ongoing adaptation in a constantly evolving world.What You'll Do HereDevelop and implement innovative change management strategies that will ensure the adoption of new behaviors and tools to achieve organizational strategy and project objectives.Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and HR to become a key resource and advisor for the business.Develop relevant tools, guidance, and training to prepare for and coordinate change management plans and strategies to support the business.Share a clear business vision and goals for change with key stakeholders.Support business in the change management process by working on stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, identify risks and create mitigation plans.Identify and address resistance to change, developing solutions to overcome obstacles and encourage a culture of flexibility and adaptability.Work collaboratively with the business, human resources, communications and project management team.Participate in project meetings, workshops, and other activities where the presence of the change management specialist is needed.Facilitate Change Management learning /training for stakeholdersKeeping up to date on trends and best practices to identify opportunities to strengthen change management and ensure the evolution of change management tools.Set up performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the effectiveness of change management strategies and the adoption of tools and processes.What You Bring To The TableUniversity degree in management, human resources, organizational psychology or related field.Certification in change management, required (E.g., Prosci).Minimum of 10 years experience in change management.Experience in the environment of information technology, an asset.Project management experience.Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong in strategic thinking and creating a vision.A collaborative and inclusive mindset.The creativity and innovation to propose new or out-of-the box solutions.Strong agility with ability to deal with ambiguity.Results-oriented with the ability to work at a quick pace.Excellent communication skills.Strong project management and planning skills.For candidate located in Ontario, bilingualism (English/French) is preferred considering the need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (English/French) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.What We OfferA financial rewards program that recognizes your successAn industry leading Employee Share Purchase Plan; we match 50% of net shares purchasedAn extensive flex pension and benefits package, with access to virtual healthcareFlexible work arrangementsPossibility to purchase up to 5 extra days off per yearAn annual wellness account that promotes an active and healthy lifestyleAccess to tools and resources to support physical and mental health, embracing change and connecting with colleaguesA dynamic workplace learning ecosystem complete with learning journeys, interactive online content, and inspiring programsInclusive employee-led networks to educate, inspire, amplify voices, build relationships and provide development opportunitiesInspiring leaders and colleagues who will lift you up and help you growA Community Impact program, because what you care about is a part of what makes you different.
