Job Description As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you are a champion of the customer experience in the wireless department. You enable our culture of learning and growth for customers and associates. Passionate about wireless technology, you continuously grow your knowledge by committing to ongoing self‑development and share your expertise with the larger store team and other business units. Some Of What You Will Do Connect, share, and partner with customers, identifying and converting wireless and wireline sales opportunities. Help customers by meeting and exceeding their needs; be an expert with our product and services, and follow up on sales to solicit feedback. Partner with the store team overall to create awareness of offers, build enthusiasm for wireless, and encourage referrals. Achieve personal sales goals. Maintain company merchandising standards, including current pricing. Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards. Stay updated through internal communication channels (mobile app, intranet, bulletin boards, etc.). Effectively resolve customer concerns and, when appropriate, elevate to management. Qualifications 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience. Customer focus and service orientation. Strong selling ability. Coaching ability. Strong communication skills across multiple mediums. Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills. Technology savvy. Curious, approachable solver.
