OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Web Specialist to join our Digital team. This role focuses on maintaining and updating our websites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and coordinating with external agencies on larger projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical knowledge with CMS platforms and front-end technologies, while also acting as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.This position reports directly to the Senior Digital Product Manager and works closely with Marketing, UX/U I, and external development agencies.ResponsibilitiesMaintain, update, and improve company websites and landing pages (content, images, functionality).Act as the main liaison with external web development agencies for larger-scale or complex projects.Ensure websites are responsive, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to implement UX/UI updates.Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day website issues.Support integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and services.Manage DNS, domains, and hosting settings with vendors as needed.Follow best practices for web security, accessibility (WCAG), and compliance.Monitor site performance, run QA tests, and recommend improvements.Assist with analytics setup (Google Tag Manager, GA4) to support campaign tracking and reporting.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of experience in web coordination, management, or development roles.Familiarity with PHP or templating in WordPress is an asset.Experience managing hosting, domains, and DNS configurations.Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and basic reporting tools.Understanding of SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and performance optimization.Strong organizational and communication skills to manage both internal requests and agency deliverables.Experience with version control (Git) and project management tools like Jira or Trello is an asset.Company benefitsMarket related compensationComplimentary coffee, drinks and snacks at the officeFree parking at the officeFree access to the gym (Montreal office)Summer Fridays1 hour lunch paidCompany social eventsGroup insurance plan, including health, dental and long-term disability.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionResearch, Analyst, and Information TechnologyIndustriesRestaurantsWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
