Strategic Finance Analyst II (Revenue, Marketplace) Join the Strategic Finance team at Affirm to support the growth of the Marketplace business. This high‑impact role sits on the Revenue Finance group and partners across the company to drive strategy and execution. What You’ll Do Serve as the end‑to‑end financial expert for Marketplace, driving business outcomes through strategic and analytical support. Analyze and report realized performance to company leaders and external partners on key top‑line performance metrics and targets, driving accountability for results. Design and deliver scalable automated user and financial dashboards and analytics for cross‑departmental and executive consumption. Develop bottoms‑up business unit financial models for Ad Revenue and Marketplace GMV. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Strategic Partnerships, Product, Revenue Analytics, Merchant Pricing, and Credit—to scale Marketplace profitably through high‑impact strategic projects. Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to think creatively and critically in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment. Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing company executives. High attention to detail with an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context. 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, data science, analytics, etc.). Excellent Excel and sheet modeling skills (prepared for a financial model case study). Experience and proficiency in SQL. Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or similar a plus. Base Pay Annual base pay range: $90,000 – $130,000. Affirm may also offer equity rewards and a total compensation package that includes monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending.
