Join our growing team and come dream up original creative for some of Canada’s most loved and trusted brandsRole Mandate:We are looking for a Manager, Agency Operations, who will help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with both leadership skills and an attention to detail. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and marketing teams, representing the interests of each group to ensure campaigns are delivered and objectives are met. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with experience leading creative and client teams through marketing projects.The Manager, Agency Operations will report to the Sr. Manager, Agency Operations and support our retail and/or control brand portfolios.What you’ll do:Be the key liaison between our agency teams and Brand Partners to help drive projects through the organizationCreate project plans to govern all campaigns/initiativesIdentify and manage ongoing risk by iterating, troubleshooting, and problem solving as necessaryDevelop workback schedules and establish key milestones (i.e., major stakeholder reviews, approvals, delivery deadlines, etc.) to deliver projects successfully and on timeFacilitate creative shares and relay feedback from stakeholders to internal teams, ensuring that all feedback is addressedHold team members accountable to deliver their obligations as outlined in project plansAttend and participate in regular weekly and monthly meetings (i.e. intake, resourcing, status, forecasting and reconciliation, etc.) by speaking to relevant projectsPrepare, circulate, and organize consolidated meeting documentation in advance of and/or after meetingsWork closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, production, media, operations, and more, to ensure seamless project execution from end-to-end of each projectWork with the broader Agency Operations team to forecast, track and reconcile agency fees and production costsDevelop executional briefs, traffic sheets, and asset matrices, other documentation to ensure the successful delivery of integrated campaignsWhat you’ll need:Bachelor's degree in a related field3+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and delivering complex projectsProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teamsPMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP or CSM designations considered an assetStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in project management tools and MS SuiteExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneouslyIn-depth knowledge of production workflows, industry trends, and emerging technologiesBusiness acumen and a customer-focused approachAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
