Our client, a non-profit organization provides innovative mental health supports within community based, settings within the Vancouver Lower Mainland, BC for people with mild to complex mental illness. Currently hiring for a Permanent Full Time RPN, RN Care Manager. Here you are an integral part of the leadership team making a difference in the lives of adults and their families recovering from mental health illness within a safe, secure and affordable housing with appropriate support (including life skills where self-reliance and independence are promoted). Your Role Reporting to the Executive Director, the RPN, RN, Care Manager provides mental health support in a client‑centered home‑like environment with 24‑hour staffing for individuals recovering from a mental illness. The RPN, RN, Care Manager leads and inspires a dedicated team to deliver exceptional, person‑centered care that enhances the quality of life for our residents. Qualifications Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration 2-5 years of leadership experience in mental health with an emphasis on Recovery Successful Enhanced Criminal record check Current CPR and First Aid Certification Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle For You 93K to 120K plus premiums and recognition pay Comprehensive benefits package, training, and parental support Additional 15k Urban and Metro Recruitment Incentive Interested candidates should send their resumes in confidence to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
