Care Manager – Kindred Home Care Kindred Home Care, a leader in home support services across New Brunswick, is seeking a Care Manager to join their growing team. About Kindred Home Care For nearly 40 years Kindred has provided outstanding home support and family support services to seniors and adults with disabilities. They aim to deliver 3,600,000 hours of care by 2030. The Care Manager The Care Manager ensures exceptional care delivery and supports frontline caregivers. They work closely with Scheduling and Coordination teams to maintain service quality, reliability, and responsiveness. Responsibilities Lead and support caregivers, ensuring they have the tools, guidance and confidence to deliver exceptional care Oversee and mentor a small team of Care Consultants responsible for client assessments, reassessments, and ongoing coordination Steward the new client onboarding and assessment process, ensuring smooth implementation of care plans in alignment with service standards Drive operational excellence, reliability, and responsiveness across assigned clients, caregivers, and support teams Build and maintain strong community and referral relationships to support sustainable growth and enhance Kindred’s reputation for service quality Maintain oversight of incident reporting and resolution, exercising sound judgment and ensuring timely responses Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with frequent regional travel to support caregivers, clients, and community partners Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing Fluency in English and French required 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including oversight of large, diverse teams Proven ability to lead within a scaling organization while balancing people leadership with operational execution Demonstrated success in driving client satisfaction, service quality and retention within a community, home care or healthcare setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound, timely decisions A people-first leader with a coaching mindset who builds trust and accountability across distributed teams Action-oriented, solutions-driven and committed to ownership and execution Must reside in Southern New Brunswick Contact If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to Julie Melanson: julie@teamjmc.ca We will only reach out to applicants who are selected for next steps in the interview process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
