Position OverviewWe are seeking a Structural Engineer to design and supervise power line structures and transmission & distribution (T&D) projects. This role offers a hybrid, flexible work model across our offices in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Primary Responsibilities Lead specific aspects of power line structure projects under project manager supervision. Plan, file‑manage, and administratively follow up project tasks. Conduct quality control of project practices. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and studies. Coordinate and supervise technicians and designers involved in projects. Visit project sites and supervise construction activities when required. Participate in the preparation of service offers. Potential to establish client relationships and progress to project manager with mentorship. Qualifications University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Min. 3 years experience in structural design (steel & concrete). Member of l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible for registration. Proficiency in 3D design/modeling (SolidWorks, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.). Independent, initiative‑driven teamwork skills. Excellent written & oral communication in French and English; bilingualism required. Experience with substation or line structures (asset). Knowledge of structural analysis software (SAFI, S‑Frame) and PLS suite (PLS‑CADD, PLS‑POLE, PLS‑TOWER) (asset).
