We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Augmentation complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.The Professional Services Manager is responsible for the recruiting, management and career development of production consulting staff, for ensuring quality services delivery in all consulting engagements, and for revenue growth of new services and license business opportunities in the assigned region. Candidates will also be able to oversee and bill their time associated with the eventual deployment of the solution at the customer site.Job Duties (include but not limited to):Meet professional services revenue and profit quotas while managing regional P&LProvide support, both tactical and strategic, in achieving district product sales quotaManages Production resourcesPromotes production and presales best practices and knowledge sharingResponsible for recruiting and growth of the consulting organization at the regional levelResponsible for staff/account management, prioritization and forecastingCoordination with regional sales management and consulting managementDevelops and maintains relationships with channel partnersSupports and implements regional and corporate initiativesDevelop and maintain world-class consulting processes and personnelProvide delivery management to ensure customer satisfactionInteract with Production Consultants, Directors, Sales Staff & Management, Technology, Product Management, Technical ServicesOversee and bill 50% of their time toward the successful deployment and implementation of our client’s solution at customer sitesJob Requirements:Technical education (BS, MS) preferred5-10 years of consulting and consulting management experience at the Region/ District level3-5 years experience managing all aspects of a services business including P&L management experiencePrior experience in systems integration consulting or software/ hardware vendor servicesDemonstrated ability to grow and manage the technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software salesAbility to excel in a team environmentDemonstrated creative problem solving abilityEffective oral, presentation, and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively recruit, develop and retain project-based employeesDemonstrated ability to develop, deploy and maintain career development and project delivery programsUnderstanding of core Business Intelligence/ Datawarehousing technology: RDBMS, Web- Client/ Server, OLAPNice to HaveExperience with RDBMS, datawarehousing, analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) including any experience with any data warehousing or BI tools (e.g., Cognos, Informatica, Hyperion, SAS, Business Objects, Information Builders (IBI), Generation5, Angoss, Peregrine, g5, SPSS, Teradata, MicroStrategy, Netezza, ODESIA etc).If you're not interested, but know someone who is, please help a current or former colleague in their career development by referring them.
