We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented Practice Development Manager to spearhead brand awareness and revenue expansion efforts in a new territory. You'll join a collaborative team tasked with establishing a strong presence in this region. This critical role offers the opportunity to develop and execute your own growth strategies, shaping the future of the company's presence in this market.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve national sales targets. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions. Identify and explore new market opportunities for products and technologies. Manage and coach a team of regional representatives to ensure the effective promotion of our offerings. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Develop and deliver educational programs for healthcare professionals on our products and technologies. Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives. Travel throughout Canada to meet with clients and attend industry events.

About You: Minimum 5 years of experience in the clinical field. Proven track record of success in sales/business development. Strong understanding of the ophthalmology sector and its current trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to travel. Understanding of Ophthalmic experience is preferred. The ability to collaborate with KOLs is a plus.
