Title Manager, Regional Operations Salary $99,899 - $117,528 - $135,158 per year Contract Permanent Hours 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri) Location Surrey, BC (located on ancestral territories of the Stó:lo¯ Nations). Hybrid working option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. About The Role As Manager, Regional Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to the Fraser Salish regional team, ensuring alignment between community-driven priorities and FNHA’s provincial and regional plans. You will lead the implementation of regional projects, address operational barriers, and drive performance excellence by spearheading a multidisciplinary team that mirrors key corporate functions — including HR, IT, Finance, and Nursing — establishing a cohesive operational hub to support integrated service delivery across the Fraser Salish region. About You To be successful in this role you will have/be – Education A university degree in a relevant specialization, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience 8 years of recent and relevant leadership experience, particularly in leading a multidisciplinary team and managing resources. Experience working with First Nations communities and/or organizations, including in areas of political leadership. Experience providing management-level administrative services to a senior leader and a team. Experience monitoring service reports, performance metrics/trends, and detecting and driving improvement opportunities.
