Lead the migration of our platform and create a new, scalable environment from scratch. You’ll have complete ownership over tooling and the CI/CD pipeline in a startup-like setting. This is a hands-on, self-starter role that balances performance, cost, and reliability.What You’ll DoLead the architectural vision. Provide deep expertise in cloud architecture, design patterns, and modern programming to build a highly scalable and reliable infrastructure.Drive DevOps best practices. Implement a robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy using Terraform and Ansible to manage, deploy, and scale infrastructure.Build the CI/CD pipeline. Design and manage end-to-end CI/CD workflows, automating processes to make the development lifecycle across Development, QA, Stage, and production deployments more efficient.Ensure platform reliability. Focus on durability, availability, performance, and correctness to minimize the risk of failures.Shape the future of our stack. Recommend and implement architectural enhancements, security policies, and new methodologies that will define how we operate.RequirementsExperienced DevOps Professional: at least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience with a focus on automation, tooling, and building distributed, scalable systems.AWS Expertise: experience designing and implementing deployment architectures in AWS (VPC, EKS, EC2, IAM, S3, and more).Containerization & Orchestration: hands-on experience with Kubernetes and other container technologies.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): skilled in Terraform or Ansible.CI/CD & Git: proficient with GitLab and CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD).Monitoring & Observability: solid understanding of monitoring; experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Elasticsearch is a plus.Location: must be in PST or MST time zone.Eligibility: Applicants must have unrestricted right to work in the United States.
