Outpost Recruitment is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who will work remotely in Canada. We place construction professionals that play key roles in the construction of Canada’s landmark buildings and infrastructure projects. Base salary ($60,000-$80,000) plus commission.We are a boutique agency serving the Canadian construction sector for over 10 years who do recruitment differently as we believe the industry is broken. We provide local and international talent to working on ICI (Institutional, Commercial & Industrial) buildings and infrastructure projects across Canada, with strong ties with 7 of the Top 10 Canadian Contractors. Our niche is working with global talent.Requirements of Recruiter / Talent Sourcer2+ years of sourcing / headhunting experience on construction leadership rolesDemonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and follow strong ethical principles.Recruiter / Talent Sourcer will have 3+ years in either agency or corporate recruitment experience, or, 3+ years of general contracting construction experience. Experience in both is a strong asset.Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, jobs board and other tools to build candidate pipelineB2B experience in Canada.Excellent communication and writing skillsRecruiter / Talent Sourcer will work fully remote role but candidate will be based in CanadaKey Skills of Recruiter / Talent SourcerThe Recruiter / Talent Sourcer will have proven ability on construction leadership roles so that we can service our clients’ needs better. Our agency is unique in that our candidate sourcing is primarily inbound but would like to be responsive to client requests on specific headhunts.We require an independent and collaborative mindset, focused on outcomes and goals. You must be able to prioritize high volumes of work and remain calm under pressure.Compensation: Base salary ($60,000-$80,000) plus commission. Base salary and commission will be commensurate with level of experience.
