Snowclub (social commerce & ski club hub) Snowbus (transportation network and user funnel) We’ve proven traction (100% organic) and just came off a high-profile showing at Web Summit Vancouver. Now we’re actively raising capital, onboarding staff and contractors, and preparing for public crowdfunding — and we need sharp legal guidance to make sure our foundation is rock solid. The Role This is a startup-focused legal role— someone who can work directly with the founder to: Set up proper staff + contractor agreements and deferred comp structures Structure our employee option pool and equity frameworks Review and refine website terms, privacy policies, DISCLAIMERS Advise on governance as we grow (board, bylaws, compliance, etc.) You’ll be the legal backbone that keeps our raise, hiring, and product aligned with best practice.
