Overview Education Consultant role at Volunteer Success. This is a virtual, ongoing volunteer opportunity posted on 2025-09-02. U+ Toastmasters' Youth Volunteer Connects Program is funded by Canada Service Corps, empowering youth aged 12 - 30 to gain experience and build skills while giving back to the community. This position is ideal for students, creatives, or anyone looking to get involved in meaningful work while sharpening marketing skills. There are 10 Openings. We welcome volunteers who are enthusiastic, dependable, and excited to support the mission. This is a virtual opportunity; you may be asked to complete basic training and, if over 18, may require a Vulnerable Sector Check. What you’ll do Assess Educational Needs: Evaluate schools, programs, or individual learners to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement in curriculum, instruction, or policy. Develop Tailored Solutions: Design customized strategies, resources, or training plans to improve educational outcomes, support student engagement, or implement reforms. Advise on Curriculum and Instruction: Provide expert guidance on curriculum design, teaching methodologies, instructional materials, and learning technologies. Support Professional Development: Plan and deliver workshops, training sessions, and coaching for educators, administrators, or educational staff. Analyze Data and Provide Insights: Interpret student performance data, program metrics, or institutional reports to support evidence-based recommendations. Stay Current on Trends and Policies: Keep up with education policies, standards, research, and innovations to ensure recommendations are relevant and compliant. Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with school leaders, teachers, parents, government agencies, or private organizations to support shared educational goals. Contribute to Strategic Planning: Assist in shaping long-term educational strategies, accreditation efforts, or institutional planning initiatives. This is a volunteer position intended to help participants gain experience while contributing to the organization’s mission.
