This high-performance, web-based tool is designed to be accessible, intuitive, and easy to use, enabling over 400 construction companies, primarily General Contractors, to win more projects and plan them effectively.TrainingWe provide thorough training on cmBuilder and you will learn the best processes, methods, and technologies while working in a fun, energetic, and fast-paced environment. We encourage ongoing professional development and training so we can all improve together.About the RoleConduct initial requirement meetings: Meet with customers to identify needs and requirements, and extract critical information for deliverables.Build 3D Models for Visualization: Create 3D & 4D models in cmBuilder of disciplines such as structure, façade, landscape, and temporary works (cranes, hoists, fencing) for sequencing and visualization.Collaborate in check-in Meetings: Participate in check-in meetings with customers and construction personnel to update progress and discuss areas needing attention.Maintain & Revise the 3D Models and 4D Simulations: Manage updates to the 3D model and simulation through all design and construction phases, ensuring accuracy and version control.Capture Output Visuals: Capture snapshots and recordings of the 4D simulations to aid clients in communicating site logistics, schedules, and construction processes.Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, model accuracy, and project outcomes.Generate internal resources: Create resources for cmBuilder product development and sales/marketing teams such as 3D models, construction simulations, and visuals to support overflow work.An ability to learn and execute new software quicklyExperience in Architectural Visualization 3D modeling/BIM software such as Revit, Blender, Rhino, SketchUp, etc.Experience with 4D tools such as Synchro or Navisworks Manage is a plusExperience in construction and construction planning, site logistics & sequencing is a strong plusExperience building large-scale construction visualizations in other software is a plusA passion for increasing technology in the construction industryStrong communication and presentation skills to take ownership of client communicationsHighly organized with an excellent ability to prioritize and keep all stakeholders informed on status of tasksDetail-oriented and thorough in executionPassion for learning, motivated by continuous learning and improvementSalary, Term & Working Location$70,000 - $90,000 CAD yearly salary range (commensurate with relevant experience).
