Within our existing operations, we are looking to enhance our team with a focused individual passionate about fostering strong customer relationships and driving growth through sales in our home services division. This desk-based role is designed for the individual who thrives in a small office setting, is motivated by the customer experience and sales growth, efficiently handles daily administrative and operational tasks, and has a talent for managing communications with professionalism, precision and humour – key elements contributing to the team’s success.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact point for all residential client interactions, managing inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with the highest level of service excellence.Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering customized cleaning solutions, contributing to the growth of our home services division.Efficiently coordinate and schedule services, ensuring optimal satisfaction for clients and streamlined operations for our team.Manage daily office duties, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming office environment.Handle all phone and email communications, responding in a timely, professional manner to maintain our standard of excellence and reliability.Maintain accurate records and data entry in our CRM system, ensuring detail-oriented management of client information and interactions.Candidate Qualifications:Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within a service-oriented industry, with a strong foundation in office administration.Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage detailed information accurately and efficiently.Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM systems, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and management.Demonstrated ability to manage office responsibilities, including daily operations and maintenance tasks, with a keen eye for detail.Candidate Qualities:A passion for working in a desk-based, small office environment, thriving in the role of a key communicator and organizer.An energetic self-starter attitude, ready to take on tasks independently while driving sales and growth.Flexibility and adaptability to handle a dynamic workload, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.A drive for personal and professional development, with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and enhancing client relationships.Compensation:Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a commitment to maintaining a balance between professional and personal life through bi-weekly earned days off.Hourly wage: $22 – $25, reflective of experience and capabilities, with potential for performance-based bonuses.A role central to the company’s operations, offering significant opportunities for impact and growth within a leading cleaning services provider.How to Apply:Are you ready to join a team dedicated to making a difference in our clients’ lives and contributing to the success of Goldstar Cleaning Services?
