* Job Details* Key Skills* Recruiter Details* Company Details##### Job DescriptionRole Overview:As a Fund Accounting Associate or Senior Fund Accounting Associate at Indus Valley Partners (IVP), you will be responsible for performing accounting and operations work for clients, including credit funds and hedge funds. Your role will involve daily reconciliation of accounts, trade booking, security pricing, corporate actions processing, and working with various asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives. You will also be preparing daily and monthly NAV reports, reporting packs, and assisting with new client onboarding and implementations.Key Responsibilities:- Perform accounting and operations work for clients, including credit funds and hedge funds- Conduct daily reconciliation of accounts between Geneva and Custodian/Prime Broker- Handle trade booking, security pricing, and corporate actions processing- Work with various asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives- Prepare daily and monthly NAV reports and reporting packs- Reconcile accounts, cash balances, positions, etc. with admin- Assist with new client onboarding and implementations- Understand client use cases and configure the system accordingly- Provide functional support on client configurations and data loads- Coordinate with Internal/Cross Product Development Team for new features/changes- Conduct sanity testing & replication of clients" data- Run/execute/update test case scenariosQualification Required:- 1 to 6 years of relevant experience- Skills in Fund Accounting, Cash and Position Reconciliation, Trade Booking, MS Excel, and Accounting Concepts- Mandatory qualifications: BCom/MBA Finance/CAAbout IVP:Indus Valley Partners (IVP) is a global provider of front, middle, and back-office technology solutions, consulting, and digital-first managed services for over 160 prestigious fund managers on the buy side.
