The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Oncology, the Program Manager is responsible for the management, planning, and implementation of specific programs and portfolios. The role combines project management, performance analytics, client management, case management, and people skills. Successful candidates are positive, driven, and committed to building outstanding and innovative support programs. What You Will Do Oversee overall performance of the program and its associated services, including reimbursement, patient coordination, and medication management. Become the reimbursement expert for each therapeutic area managed, developing training content and ensuring team context within the therapeutic landscape. Manage stakeholder escalations appropriately. Continuously evaluate program strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement. Recommend and help implement operational changes through a robust change management process. Collaborate with the analytics team to design, produce, and deliver all program‑related reporting. Work with internal departments, including Client Solutions Managers, to ensure optimal client communications and relationships. Assist with quality assurance and improvement initiatives, overseeing CAPA activities. Oversee Patient Care Navigators and Pharmacists, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up calls. Monitor staff performance to assess training needs and requirements. Provide staffing input and recommend changes for adequate scheduling. Lead program design and development activities such as documentation, SOPs, flows, and charts. Manage project technical setup, including telephony, data collection tools, and reporting. Handle day‑to‑day project activities and provide patient support as needed. Participate in consulting and research projects to support departmental initiatives. Communicate program status to account manager/project director on a scheduled basis. Perform additional duties as directed by your manager. Qualifications University degree in Pharmacy or Nursing required. Active Pharmacy or Nursing license in good standing required. Broad knowledge of business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, or related fields. Experience in oncology required. 1–3 years of management experience preferred. Expertise in reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database functionality, and operational policies. Understanding of technology trends and strategic business impact on key clients. Knowledge of full‑service call center programs. Ability to interpret financial data and manage a budget. Strong customer/client management background. Exceptional project management skills and experience executing projects from vision to implementation. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of new concept development. Critical thinking and innovative solution skills for internal and external stakeholders. Interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to develop and grow talent.
