The Role Mint is looking for a passionate, talented Sr Art Director to join our team. Reporting to a CD, you’ll get the opportunity to flex your creative chops and work on a wide range of integrated campaigns and projects – including experiential, content, digital, print, PR and more. Responsible for coming up with big concept-driven ideas, tactical executions and overall visual direction, the Senior Art Director is a key collaborative member of the agency team, as both a leader and mentor to other creatives. You demonstrate originality, innovation and a multi-disciplinary thinking through your work. Responsibilities Generate big unconventional ideas based on creative briefs that are grounded in relevant culture, trends, and insights Develop visual language and oversee visual direction of projects Collaborate with agency peers, partners, vendors, and clients to develop concept-driven creative work of the highest standard Take the creative lead on multiple projects Present creative work compellingly to both internal stakeholders and clients alike Oversee and mentor other art directors and designers Skills, Abilities And Experience 5-7+ years of experience at a creative agency Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work, both in concept and craft Experience in the full production process for film, XM, and photography Great presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, oral and written Experience in art direction for different formats, including film, print, web and social, and branding Experience contributing to new business pitches Strong aesthetic inspired by forward thinking design trends Proficient in creative suite for Mac About Mint We’re a creative agency made of culture creatures with multidisciplinary expertise across all major marketing disciplines.
