You will liaise between our advisors and insurance company representatives to ensure the timely and successful delivery of new business and renewal client presentations in your assigned group. With this role, you will open the door to an exciting career path opportunity with Group Force and be a valued member and key partner in ensuring client satisfaction.What You’ll DoOperate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned client group and advisor.Perform financial data entry for renewals and marketing (e.g., experience information, rate history, demographic data).Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client presentations (new business/renewal) for potential clients as well as existing ones.Renewals – 30 days prior to the renewal date.New Business – 10 business days / 15 business days for large group.Maintain full workload on our internal filing system (SharePoint).Analyze proposals from carriers for new prospects (rates, plan design, TLR, etc.).What You BringTypically, 1+ years of experience within the Group Benefits industry, preferably in an MGA setting.Some knowledge of group benefit plans, plan design, etc.Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including basic formulas, calculations, etc.Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.High level of accuracy, organization and attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with a variety of people.Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously with tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Professional benefits designation is an asset (such as GBA, CEBS, etc.).What’s In It For YouA hybrid environment approach that keeps the best interests of our staff and our clients in mind.Annual bonus plan for all employees.Matching RRSP plan of 5% of salary.Referral Commission Plan.Generous benefits plan including Health Care Spending Account starting on the first day of employment.Full support for continuing education & internal opportunities to grow as an insurance professional to advance career.Reimbursement of license fees and professional membership dues.A global team of industry leaders focused on employee retention, client growth, industry innovation and collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
