We got you We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who thrives on solving problems, building trust quickly, and turning customers into engaged advocates. But First, a Bit Of Context About The Role You’ll be the bridge between our Support and Customer Success teams, taking ownership of customers who need an extra layer of care and strategic guidance. Your mission: understand the root cause behind customer challenges, propose solutions, and re-engage them with our platform’s value. What Your Key Responsibilities Will Look Like Proactively reach out to customers who may need additional support or engagement. Identify the root cause behind challenges or reduced engagement (e.g., low occupancy, shifting ESG priorities, product fit). Mitigate risks by proposing tailored solutions and highlighting key value drivers. Re‑engage customers through meaningful conversations focused on outcomes, not just features. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Support, Sales, Product) to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Track and report on engagement trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement. Work in fast‑paced, 3‑week engagement cycles, making a meaningful impact in a short timeframe. How Success Will Be Measured In This Role This role includes a base salary and a performance‑based variable component linked to customer retention.
