Territory ManagerSummit Search Group has partnered with one of the world’s most trusted companies offering heavy equipment transaction solutions.We’re seeking a Territory Manager responsible for developing new business and managing current accounts within the assigned territory of Red Deer and surrounding. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in developing new relationships, an entrepreneurial drive, with proven experience strategically managing a territory of a large customer base.If you’re seeking a global organization with a strong reputation that offers autonomy and flexibility to manage your own schedule we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesGrow territory through prospecting and cold-calling new customers and developing professional relationships with current accounts.Conduct needs analysis with customers, effectively communicate value proposition and offer customized solutions.Collaborate with internal support to negotiate and win business.QualificationsProven experience developing strong customer relations with a track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.Understanding of the agricultural industry.Experience within heavy equipment industry an asset.A valid, clean driver’s license to travel across the territory.Strong verbal and written communication skills to conduct presentations, negotiate and win business.Self-motivated, competitive with a relentless drive to develop current and new accounts.Strong work ethic with integrity.Remuneration:Our client offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped, lucrative commission structure, comprehensive benefits, company vehicle, RRSP matching, and a share purchase plan, in addition to professional development opportunities with a worldly, collaborative team, and exceptional support.
