Reporting to the Director, Global Procurement, the Procurement Specialist holds a key role within the Procurement and Supplier Management function at SOTI. You will work alongside SOTI’s partners which include leading tech giants that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies.ResponsibilitiesEffective partnering with internal business unitsManage the procurement life cycle, including sourcing and acquiring goods and servicesWork closely with stakeholders to define requirements and delivery specifications; prioritize all requests according to stakeholder needsDevelop and present pricing and service options purchases, including saving analysis, supplier offering comparisons, and solution recommendationsEstablish and maintain relationships with suppliers; perform market research to better understand current and future offerings relative to our businessNegotiate prices, terms and conditions, delivery specifications, and servicesWork with our accounting team to ensure a smooth and timely process for executing invoice paymentsWork with legal to ensure that contracts support buying decisionsCreate purchase orders and expense reports for corporate purchases on credit cardManage and when required supervise facilities contractorsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant experience and accomplishments2-3 years of procurement experienceDemonstrates a working understanding of MS OfficeStrong Excel skills preferredDemonstrates the ability to manage multiple project deliverables on multiple projects effectivelyDemonstrates excellent communication, reasoning and analytical skillsExcellent commercial understanding and business acumen#LI-VA1If you want to bring your ideas to life, apply at SOTI today.
