What You’ll Be Doing As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will lead a team of high‑performing financial services professionals toward a shared goal – delivering an exceptional client experience. As a people leader, you will hire, develop, and coach your team, inspiring them to perform at their best. You’ll think and act like an owner by helping clients and team members thrive, identify revenue growth opportunities and take accountability for results. You’ll make a difference by supporting new and existing clients as they secure their futures, own homes, and set up businesses. You will be flexible to work our banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and you will work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. How You’ll Succeed Client experience – lead by example and show your team how to deepen client relationships, meet client financial needs while providing a high standard of service, and advocate CIBC within the community. Results oriented leadership – create a culture of teamwork, monitor the Banking Centre’s business performance, and implement action plans to close any gaps. Work as one team with all partners to maximize market opportunities and increase overall performance. People leadership – lead and coach a high‑performing team of Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives to deepen client relationships and deliver the right kind of growth, while providing meaningful development opportunities and recruiting employees who share our values.
