Position: Software Engineer Type: Hourly contractor Compensation: $70–$110/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 24-hour sprint Role Responsibilities Develop scalable APIs and service layers interfacing with advanced AI models. Configure environments and design databases for high-performance systems. Collaborate on real-world engineering work to support next-generation machine learning applications. Lead the creation of complex database schemas and ensure robust system architecture. Work independently and asynchronously to meet tight deadlines. Qualifications 3+ years of elite software engineering experience. Computer Science degree from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the UK. Expertise in API development, including creation, testing, and integration. Proficiency in SQL and database structuring. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience using coding agents in software engineering workflows. Success in leading teams in demanding environments.
