p>We are presently looking for a Coordinator, Documentation & Training to revise documentation and ensure complete training in accordance with GMP and Pharmascience standards at the production plant level. They will also be responsible to conduct technical training according to the action plans and objectives of the operations group and be a technical reference for production people.

Description

  • Develop, write and maintain documentation/videos associated with operations in collaboration with concerned teams.
  • Manage training and documentation improvement projects to solve issues.
  • Deliver training sessions for production employees on processes and equipment used in manufacturing or packaging operations.
  • Coordinate and maintain training defined in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure manufacturing and packaging employees are assigned and are up to date on documents that apply to their job responsibilities.
  • Execute all other related tasks assigned by his/her immediate supervisor.
  • Office and production environment work, including travel between production sites, according to training needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent proficiency in French; functional proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Demonstrated adult training competencies.
  • Capacity to manage several projects at a time.
  • Facility to interact and excellent aptitude to communicate with people.
  • Solid proficiency with MS Office.
  • Aptitude with digital video editing tools is an asset.
Qualifications

Required: Bachelor or better in Science or related field.

Preferred: Good understanding of manufacturing, packaging and laboratory operations.
