As Lloydminster is a border city, physicians may bill the Alberta Ministry of Health for services provided to residents who live on the Alberta side of Lloydminster. Job Description The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Lloydminster is seeking Family Physicians to work at the Prairie North Plaza - Primary Health Centre. The position is focused on best practice, collaboration and teamwork. Physicians at the Prairie North Plaza - PHC work on an interdisciplinary team, including a registered nurse, mental health counselor and a chronic disease management team. Relocation Package Return of Service and Relocation stipend $15,000 for 3 years Job Qualifications This physician should be a team player, be able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management, and function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family-centred care. Qualified applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS) and have current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage. In accordance with immigration requirements, preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada. Compensation is on a Fee for Service Basis.
