They will work closely with sales, client strategy, procurement, and architecture departments to gather relevant information to understand the requirements and provide comprehensive pricing information. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Department and DetailsDepartment: Client Strategy and SolutionsEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Canada - RemoteWorkplace type: Fully remoteWhat you will be doing:Prepare accurate and detailed quotes for products/services based on customer requirements, pricing guidelines, and company policies.Collaborate with client strategy, procurement, architecture, product managers, and other internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for creating quoting and maintaining quoting templates.Analyze customer requests, specifications, and pricing structures to determine the appropriate pricing strategy.Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of pricing information, product catalogs, and relevant documents.Review and validate quotes for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and pricing guidelines.Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth quote approval.Communicate with customers to address inquiries, clarify requirements, and provide necessary information related to quotes.Monitor and track quote status, follow up on pending quotes, and provide timely updates to other teams.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency in the quoting process.Maintain knowledge of technology products and services applicable to the client base, including hardware, software and VC3 services.Contribute to client documentation with accuracy and ensure data integrity.Ongoing participation in weekly internal client strategy meetings such as Huddles, L10s, and meetings with designated strategy membersAdditional duties as requiredThe tools you bring:3+ years Customer Service Representative experience, required.Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experienceStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex pricing structures and customer requirements.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that quotes are accurate and comply with company policies.Proficient in using quoting software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with internal teams and communicate with customers professionally.A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management is a plus.High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive pricing and customer information.What's in it for you:Flexibility– We’re remote-first, but not remote-only.
