Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing operations and driving growth across multiple locations? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced insurance professional to oversee and support a network of approximately 12 branch managers, ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence. The client is a rapidly growing BC based brokerage, offering services in all lines, from auto, personal lines and commercial lines. Responsibilities In this leadership position, you will serve as the central figure in streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and fostering growth initiatives across all branches. Key Responsibilities:Oversee and support multiple branch managers to ensure consistency and operational excellenceDevelop and implement standardized workflows to improve efficiency across branchesPromote and support growth initiatives to expand operational capabilitiesAct as a liaison among branches to facilitate communication and best practicesDrive continuous improvement efforts and strategic planningQualificationsExperience managing a large insurance office or multiple branches Knowledge in all lines of insurance products Level 2 license Proficiency with Applied EPIC Strategic thinker with a focus on scalable growthExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits & PerksCompetitive salary Comprehensive medical and dental benefits Paid time off This role requires full time in office presence At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
