Position Psychologist - Workplace Support Programs (WSP) — Calgary, Alberta — Permanent PT or FT (Flexible FTE Available). Workplace Support Programs (WSP) A group of programs designed to address mental health concerns in the workplace. TELUS Health Workplace Support Program offers early intervention into employee mental health and addictions issues that require a solution beyond short-term EAP support or as part of a disability case management treatment plan. The programs provide professional assessment and counselling to support an individual’s return to healthy productivity. These clinical interventions address issues requiring longer-term, more specialized or more intensive levels of care to prevent or manage workplace performance problems, absence and disability. Summary Reporting to the WSP team manager, you will be providing in-person and remote counselling services for TELUS Health Workplace Support Programs (WSP). You will also provide mental health and substance use assessments, diagnosis, treatment recommendations and intervention.
