That is our Philosophy.Position Overview: The Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for conducting camera surveillance investigations and audits as well as providing support with shoplifter situations at our retail stores. The Loss Prevention Monitoring Technician works in a team environment based in our remote monitoring center.Essential Job FunctionsConduct video investigations for internal and external theft at our retail locationsComplete video audits to verify Loss Prevention policies are followedLog and maintain records for all investigations and auditsClearly and accurately communicate findings to the Operations and Loss Prevention teamsAnswer phone calls from stores and provide live support with shoplifter situationsComplete camera system troubleshooting as requiredQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of retail experienceComfortable working with computers for an entire shiftExperience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Previous loss prevention or CCTV experience is an assetYM Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
