Votre rôle En tant que ambassadeur de notre marque, vous serez responsable de la conception, de la planification et de la vente de projets de cuisines haut de gamme. Vous accompagnerez vos clients avec professionnalisme et créativité, tout en contribuant activement à l’atteinte — et au dépassement — des objectifs de vente grâce à votre expertise technique et votre sens du commerce. Formation : Diplôme en design d’intérieur, architecture d’intérieur ou équivalent. Expérience : Entre 0 et 2 ans d’expérience dans la conception de cuisines et dans un rôle axé sur la vente. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des logiciels de conception (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, etc.). Connaissance approfondie des matériaux, accessoires et électroménagers haut de gamme. Solides compétences en visualisation 3D et en dessin technique. Compétences commerciales : Forte orientation vers les résultats et capacité démontrée à atteindre et dépasser des objectifs de ventes sans rémunération de base. Sens aiguisé de la négociation et de la persuasion. Esprit entrepreneurial et excellent relationnel pour développer la fidélité client. Compétences personnelles : Créativité, rigueur et grande attention aux détails. Organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
