We are seeking a dynamic and professional Real Estate Property Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will represent our resort community, build lasting client relationships, and drive real estate sales while showcasing the exceptional lifestyle our property offers. Responsibilities and Accountability Promote and sell real estate within the resort community to prospective buyers. Build relationships with guests, homeowners, and prospects through site tours and community events. Provide professional guidance to buyers through every stage of the sales process, from first inquiry to closing. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the resort’s amenities, real estate offerings, and the surrounding market. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies. Deliver exceptional service and uphold the brand standards of Predator Ridge. Requirements Real Estate Development sales experience would be an asset. Active Real Estate License is preferred but not required. Proven sales experience, preferably in resort, luxury, or lifestyle communities. Excellent written and presentation skills with an ability to establish trusted relationships. Exceptional organizational, time management and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and close sales, working within a CRM. Professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented. Ability to work efficiently in a diverse team environment. Knowledge of the local real estate market is an asset.
