Role Description This position is a full-time, on-site role located in Mississauga, ON, for an Electrical Engineering Manager. You will provide both technical direction and departmental leadership—ensuring project excellence, compliance, and innovation across every initiative. Qualifications Experience in the aerospace industry is a strong advantage Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering Strong understanding of Electricity and Power Systems Hands‑on involvement in aircraft modification, avionics integration, or certification programs Experience working with Transport Canada or FAA certification standards Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Demonstrated leadership and project management experience Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Previous contributions to the development of engineering training, design guides, or process documentation Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, CATIA, or other electrical design and modelling software Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industry Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
