This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, ensuring operational compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.What’s In It for You?Competitive base salary between $110,000 and $140,000, plus annual performance bonusComprehensive benefits package and RRSP matchingCompany vehicleProfessional development opportunities and leadership trainingAutonomy to shape regional operations and make a measurable impactSupportive and collaborative executive team with a long-term growth mindsetWhat Will You Do?Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of residential condominium properties within your regionLead, mentor, and support a team of property and community managers to ensure service excellence and compliance with company standards and condominium legislationReview financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitabilityBuild strong relationships with condo boards, vendors, and service providers, maintaining a reputation for integrity and professionalismEnsure all properties meet safety, maintenance, and regulatory requirementsIdentify opportunities for business development, contract renewals, and service expansion within the divisionCollaborate closely with senior leadership on regional planning, reporting, and organizational improvementsWhat Do You Bring?Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in property or condominium management, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior leadership roleDeep understanding of condominium operations, governance, and financial managementProven experience leading and developing high-performing, multi-site teamsStrong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities — capable of influencing and building trust at all levelsStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and executionCMRAO license or eligibility is considered a strong assetValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the GTA#MT1
